Ketan Dattani
Meet Ketan! He holds over 25 years of Environmental Health and recruitment experience. Academically Ketan is a graduate of Environmental Biotechnology and a post-graduate of Environmental Planning and Management. He also holds a Certificate in Employment Law and The Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
Outside of business, Ketan volunteers with a number of schools, colleges, and universities across the UK providing careers guidance. Students can expect CV writing; interview technique workshops, and conducting mock interviews with those looking to embark on a career within the Environmental Health, sustainability and recruitment sectors. Addtionally he is an active volunteeer for charities globally, donating to people in need for resources.

Amanda Kelly
Meet Amanda! Amanda is a Senior Specialist Consultant at Buckingham Futures, bringing over a decade of experience in recruitment and consultancy with a specialised focus on the environmental health sector. Operating across the UK, Amanda adopts a holistic approach to recruitment, with a thorough understanding of each client’s unique needs and emphasising the development of careers that support both business success and environmental progress. She is dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring the recruitment process delivers positive and lasting impacts for the organisations she works with. In an ever-evolving environmental health landscape, Amanda continues to contribute to Buckingham Futures’ reputation as a leader in environmental health recruitment.

Meet Amit! Amit is an experienced commercial recruitment professional with over 13 years experience, worked across a variety of sectors including healthcare, IT, corporate, and executive search. Amit is motivated in supporting Buckingham Futures' focus on environmental care and champions this while providing the very best consultative service to his clients. Amit is a people person, always energised to explore the world and experience new cultures. Outside of his professional life, Amit has visited many places in Asia and the Middle East and is multilingual, being fluent in five languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati, Sindhi, and Urdu.

Tobias Morrison
Meet Tobias! Tobias leads our HR, Compliance and Marketing Divisions to help support the business, and our clients, in meeting all of their administrative and statutory obligations. Tobias has spent the majority of the last decade working for large care organisations managing all aspects of their recruitment and HR compliance processes. His expertise ranges from process development and implementation to candidate management, stakeholder engagement and team management. His team’s work underpins the commercial arm of the business and enables our consultants to support our clients with all of their recruitment needs. Outside of the office, Tobias enjoys the natural world and likes to spend time fossiling, bird-watching, hiking and camping.
Donato Annessa
Meet Donato! He joins us in our HR and Compliance Division to help support the development, implementation, and management of all company operational policies and procedures. Donato ensures rigorous compliance processes are in place so our Commercial and Residential teams can fulfil client requirements and meet all statutory obligations. Before joining Buckingham Futures Donato worked as a Recruitment Consultant recruiting for roles within social housing, IT, and telecommunications sectors. With his extensive recruitment experience, he is eager to deliver the best customer service experiences to our candidates and clients. Outside of work, Donato enjoys writing, books, movies and sports.

Chloe Read
Meet Chloe! Chloe joins us as our Marketing Officer, helping to boost our engagement by creating content and monitoring analytics to deliver informative and innovative marketing strategies. At the same time, she is busy making connections and building relationships with clients and commercial partners who also have a love for sustainability and the environment. With a background in Physics and an abundance of creative flair, Chloe is passionate about the environment and eager to contribute to the Buckingham Futures mission. In her free time she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her dog, Leia.
Barketing Department
Romeo
Meet Romeo! He started at Buckingham Futures in 2017 as a Trainee Barketer and has worked his way up to Head of Barketing. At the office, you can usually find him sitting next to anyone who is eating, curled up in a corner, or making himself at home on an office chair. He is pretty hopeless when it comes to his turn to make the coffee, but he makes up for it by being a good reason for his human colleagues to get some fresh air and when he needs to 'nip out'. Outside of work, Romeo is a big fan of barking, digging, swimming and chewing his favourite toys.
