Ketan Dattani
Meet Ketan! He holds over 25 years of Environmental Health and recruitment experience. Academically Ketan is a graduate of Environmental Biotechnology and a post-graduate of Environmental Planning and Management. He also holds a Certificate in Employment Law and The Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
Outside of business, Ketan volunteers with a number of schools, colleges, and universities across the UK providing careers guidance. Students can expect CV writing; interview technique workshops, and conducting mock interviews with those looking to embark on a career within the Environmental Health, sustainability and recruitment sectors. Addtionally he is an active volunteeer for charities globally, donating to people in need for resources.
Commercial Division
Jacques Shepherd
Meet Jacques! He is a Specialist Recruiter at Buckingham Futures and is the Lead Consultant for the Commercial Environmental Health division. He commenced his recruitment career in 2020 and has been involved in placing interim and permanent personnel nationwide within Private Sector Housing, Social Housing, Environmental Protection and Envirocrime sectors. He leads the recruitment team developing business in the public and private sectors. Jacques has a passion for ensuring positive outcomes for all and receives very high praise from our contractors and clients. Jacques is bilingual, having lived in the South-West of France during his childhood, and enjoys travelling, reading, discussing current affairs and playing video games.
Gabriel Jeffries
Meet Gabriel, a recent addition to the Buckingham Futures family. Gabriel is a business and management graduate from the University of Royal Holloway. His passion for business and sales naturally culminated in his pursuit of a career in recruitment. He has joined as an Associate Consultant in the Environmental Health Commercial division of the company with the responsibility of sourcing and selecting prospective candidates for roles within the public and private sectors. He is already enjoying building relationships with his clients and candidates. Before embarking on his journey at Buckingham Futures, Gabriel worked in various sales roles providing him with professional experience managing accounts and building client relationships. Outside of work Gabriel likes to travel, attend the gym, play football, and watch his beloved Arsenal play.
Residential Division
Vanessa Mugari
Vanessa joined our Residential Division as a Recruitment Consultant to provide amazing opportunities in Environmental Protection, Private Sector Housing, Social Housing, and Environmental Crime. She has devoted her recruitment journey to connecting passionate individuals with organisations that share a common goal of protecting and preserving our environment.
Before joining Buckingham Futures, Vanessa worked as a Recruitment Specialist in the Biomedical Sector, overseeing the training and mentoring process for new and current recruitment staff, promoting recruitment productivity, and ensuring all client and recruitment needs are adhered to.
Outside of work, she loves to travel, bake, and learn new skills.
Cross Division
Mohamed Ali
Meet Mohamed. Mohamed has an educational background in IT and business. His prior work history in customer service/admin roles has given him the necessary experiences to transition over to a career in recruitment. He has joined as a cross-divisional Consultant in both the Environmental Health Commercial and residential divisions of the company. His responsibilities involve sourcing and selecting prospective candidates for roles within the public and private sectors. He enjoys building relationships with his clients and candidates. Before embarking on his journey at Buckingham Futures, Mohamed worked in a range of customer service roles providing him with professional experience managing accounts and building client relationships. As for his hobbies, Mohamed likes to read, play football, and watch football, he fervently supports Liverpool.

Donato Annessa
Meet Donato! He joins us in our HR and Compliance Division to help support the development, implementation, and management of all company operational policies and procedures. Donato ensures rigorous compliance processes are in place so our Commercial and Residential teams can fulfil client requirements and meet all statutory obligations. Before joining Buckingham Futures Donato worked as a Recruitment Consultant recruiting for roles within social housing, IT, and telecommunications sectors. With his extensive recruitment experience, he is eager to deliver the best customer service experiences to our candidates and clients. Outside of work, Donato enjoys writing, books, movies and sports.
Marketing Department
Michelle Goldfelde
Meet Michelle! A recent addition to the Buckingham Futures family, Michelle, who stems from a background in business development, joins us as a marketing executive. She hopes to allow our environmental health recruitment firm’s presence to flourish by implementing a strong social media strategy, while simultaneously connecting with relevant candidates and graduates. To summarise her persona, in conjunction with having a passion for sustainability through her agricultural science degree, she’s also fond of creative writing and theatre - or in other words, escapism at its finest. She truly has an array of hobbies and would consider herself someone willing to say yes to new experiences.
Barketing Department
Romeo
Meet Romeo! He started at Buckingham Futures in 2017 as a Trainee Barketer and has worked his way up to Head of Barketing. At the office, you can usually find him sitting next to anyone who is eating, curled up in a corner, or making himself at home on an office chair. He is pretty hopeless when it comes to his turn to make the coffee, but he makes up for it by being a good reason for his human colleagues to get some fresh air and when he needs to 'nip out'. Outside of work, Romeo is a big fan of barking, digging, swimming and chewing his favourite toys.
