BF 4932 Environmental Health Officer / Food Safety Officer

Our client in South West England is seeking an experienced Environmental Health Officer / Food Safety Officer to carry out 100 food hygiene inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 100 official food hygiene inspections annually, primarily for Category D premises.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations in line with the Food Law Code of Practice.

Requirements:

• Essential qualifications: Higher Certificate in Food Control, Certificate of Registration, or Diploma issued by the Environmental Health Registration Board (EHORB/EHRB).
• Demonstrated competency in inspection of food establishments (Cluster 4).
• Minimum of 10 hours of Food Core CPD, as per the latest Food Law Code of Practice and Guidance.
• Copies of relevant qualifications, CPD certificates, and EHORB/EHRB registration must be submitted to Buckingham Futures prior to the start of the contract.
