BF003 Environmental Health Officer

Buckingham Futures have an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Health Officer to join a local authority in the Midlands, starting ASAP on an initial 3-month contract with strong potential for extension.

We’re keen to hear from professionals with experience in Food Safety inspections.

Key Areas of Work

Food Safety

• Inspecting low-risk food businesses (Categories C and E)

• Conducting food hygiene and food standards inspections

• Managing related enforcement activities

• A minimum of 2 years post-qualification food safety experience is required

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or MSc in Environmental Health

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Strong communication, organisation, and the ability to work independently
