Buckingham Futures has 2 per-inspection projects in South London for Environmental Health Officer / Food Safety Officer roles, starting ASAP until the end of March 2026.

IR35 status:

One project is outside IR35
One project is inside IR35

Key responsibilities:

Conduct official food hygiene inspections annually (mainly Category C, D, E, and some unrated premises).
Log inspection data using the client’s mobile tablet/laptop system (training provided).
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Requirements:

Higher Certificate in Food Control, Certificate of Registration, or EHORB/EHRB Diploma.
Competency in Inspection of Food Establishments (Cluster 4).
Minimum 10 hours of Food Core CPD.
Copies of qualifications, CPD certificates, and EHORB/EHRB registration must be submitted before the contract starts.
