Buckingham Futures are experiencing outstanding growth and are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our expert team. This will be a 360 role in which you will utilise an extremely hot desk, with an impressive pre-existing client base.

You will liaise professionally and consistently with candidates and clients across the UK, ensuring the specifics of your brief are met to the highest standard. Alongside this you will seek to develop your area of the business by sourcing and negotiating with prospective clients. This is a unique opportunity for those wanting to progress quickly to a more senior position within a successful company

Applicants must be highly organised, focused and driven with a strong ability to communicate effectively and work within a team. We are an entrepreneurial, dynamic and operate an incredibly fast-paced environment, providing the right atmosphere for the motivated individual to thrive and succeed.


Key work activities:

  • New business generation – research chosen markets, make canvass calls and carry out mail shot activities
    • Meet sales/gross profit targets
    • Deal with speculative calls, aftercare and service calls
    • Identify and follow up business leads
    • Write and place advertisements in chosen media publications
    • Client Management
    • Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on success of filling jobs
    • Qualify job specification / salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job description – check info / client requirements in line with key processes and legislation
    • Gather info on client – decision maker and no of employees
    • Benchmark for clients – salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity
    • Write and Place advertisements in chosen media publications and on our website

Candidate Management

  • Candidate control – keep in regular contact to review progress and performance
    • Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviews
    • Coach candidates on interview skills / Skills testing
    • Spec CVs / Market candidates, Search / Shortlist CVs in line with job order request, Ensure CVs are of a specific standard and reflective of     client requests
    • Provide information to candidates on clients and job specifications for jobs


What you will bring

- Highly organised, with the ability to work on a fast-paced desk with a high volume of vacancies

- At least some experience in a sales role, ideally B2B telesales;

- Be of graduate calibre;

- Possess effective communication skills (Both verbal and written);

- Demonstrate great attention to detail;

- Have the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines;

- Ability to deal with individuals from different backgrounds;

- Be an excellent team player;

- Identify and develop new business relationships

- Generate your own leads through market research and cold calling

- Source and attract passive/active candidates for temp-perm roles

- Manage the 360 recruitment process

- Multi-task whilst maintaining a keen attention to detail
